Our client, a well-established successful law firm with multiple local sites across Merseyside is seeking a qualified Family Law Solicitor/Legal Executive, based in West Kirkby, to also cover Heswall offices. A qualified individual with 3-5 years PQE and several years of experience running their own caseload in the Family Law area is sought for the position. With no legal aid work, 100% of the work is private client. You will work towards quarterly goals within the company, and a bonus payment may be made upon attainment of these goals. The Role Replacing a long term retiring employee, you will be able to move into a busy role and take the lead, you will manage a range of family law matters including financial issues, divorce, children & cohabitation (no childcare work, but there is children act work). Excellent networking and client-sourcing skills would be an advantage but are not essential.
